Tired of this never-ending winter?
Heat things up as we join Community Music School for ‘¡Viva Musica!, a Red Hot Fandango’.
April 5th 2014 – Community Music School’s Annual Fundraiser
Bring on the romance with Sangria &  Spanish tapas, and then onto a three-course wine dinner prepared by award-winning A Thyme to Cook paired with a fabulous selection of Angelini Wines.   Great food, great wine, and great music of course!  Enjoy the sounds of Latin music and the Fandango performed by CMS faculty musicians while dancing the night away under the elegant sail cloth tent.
Are you a foodie?  If you are local, you know that A Thyme to Cook never disappoints!  Your palate will be pleased with the Spanish inspired menu starting with mussels tossed in a tomato saffron fennel broth,  and on to roasted smoked paprika cod with local greens and sherry-soaked raisins and pine nuts,  and almond crusted pork tenderloin with grilled shrimp, pequillo pepper/braised radish/olive escabeche, served with garbanzo bean/lemon mash.
Each course will be carefully paired with the following wine selections:
Save room!  A decadent dessert bar will follow this fabulous dinner party.
